Consul General of the Russian Federation in the Hong Kong Special administrative Region and the Macao Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China

In 1998 graduated from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Held various positions within the Ministry and its foreign missions.

From 1999 to 2004 – Attaché, Third, Second Secretary of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India.

From 2004 to 2006 – First Secretary of the Department of Information and Press of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

From 2006 to 2010 – First Secretary, Counselor of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Kingdom of Sweden.

From 2010 to 2013 – Counselor, Senior Counselor, General Secretariat (Department) of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

From 2013 to 2016 – Head of the Consular Section of the Consulate General of the Russian Federation in New York.

From 2016 to 2019 – Minister-Counselor, Deputy Chief of the Mission of the Embassy of the Russian Federation in the Republic of India.

From 2019 to 2023 – Deputy Head of the Personnel Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation.

On September 20, 2023 appointed as the Consul General of the Russian Federation in the Hong Kong SAR and the Macao SAR, People’s Republic of China. 

Holds a diplomatic rank of the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Envoy of the 2nd class.

Speaks English and Hindi.

Married, has a son.
